How do I upload my blog?

I downloaded wordpress and wrote my first entry. When I go to see my blog however (as a visitor) it still says the site is under construction. How do I get rid of that so my blog appears instead?

Hello,

If you first looked at your site with the 'Under Construction' message and then uploaded a site but still see the original page, it is likely the browser caching.

You will want to clear your browser cache and then the correct page should display.
