Hello brmay,

To upload your content to your hosting account you will need to use either the cPanel File Manager, or an FTP (File transfer protocol) program.

If working with more than just a handful of files, I recommend going the FTP route. It is slightly more involved at the very beginning but easier in the long run.

If working with just a few files, it is personal preference.

Best Regards,
Scott M
