i can not hide my download link.
when i upload some files for download in to my site like this link:
http://www.mysite.com/folder1/download/file.zip
and the problem is when someone type they would access the files folder!

how can i hide the folders directory!!!

And how can i hide the download link with wordpress cms? i mean with joomla cms we can hide the download like with phocadownload or Docman but in wordpress how could we hide the file address?

Hello zaher.rajae@gmail.com, Just like Joomla, there are many plugins available for password protecting files in Wordpress, such as the WordPress Download Manager. With the plugins I looked into, you have to use the installed plugin to upload the file, then protect it. It cannot protect an existing file in a separate folder. I found this by searching in the Official Wordpress Plugin Directory.
