I had perl scripts that worked on another hosting site. Very few of them work on this site. The ones that try to save information to another file don't work.

Hello Perl7,

Configuration is the most common reason a script will not work after moving from one server to another. We will need specific account and script information in order to test troubleshoot the issue. The error message is fairly generic so testing it outright is the way to go.

You can either send that information to our docs@webhostinghub.com or contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com.

As we do not actively monitor the docs@webhostinghub.com address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.

Best regards,
Scott M.
