I installed Zend framework yesterday (and reinstalled today). The install seems to go fine. I can't access it though through the URL provided in Softaculous nor through the subdomain I created to redirect to the new directory. When I created the installation_checker.php as mentioned in the Support document "Test a Zend Installation", I get lots of red and pink and the error message: UPDATE: earlier user got response that somehow I never saw in all my searching here that this is looking for a file that doesn't exist -- so it won't work.

BUT -- the installation requires changes to the httpd.conf file to point to the library -- and this seems unlikely to be possible. I could use another development tool as this one might be above my head (okay, probably is) but I was hoping to use its built-in barcode tools for some additions I want to make to my website. Has anyone been able to install Zend Framework on their site? How? Thanks!

Hello srlioba,

The Zend Framework is already installed on the servers. Adding a new version or trying to install on an individual account will not work.

If you could give us details on what you need specifically or are trying to achieve, we may be able to advise.

For instance, if you are using 5.2 on a server with 5.3 default, then ZendOptimizer is not present as 5.3 uses ZendGuard. We can move you to a 5.2 server if you need ZendOptimizer.

Best Regards,
Scott M
