Python requests module installation

I'd like to setup the Python library "requests", is it possible for me (or anyone) to install it? [it is a pretty standard import but appears to not currently be installed on your servers!]

Hello,

Thank you for your question on Python modules. As we are a shared environment, the servers are all set with a specific configuration. They do not allow additional installations beyond what is currently installed.

Is there any chance you can add this module for all users? Python is pretty useless without it.
