see support request status

I am trying to see my support requests and their status. I log on to cpanel and try to follow the directions given in your answer to "How to submit a ticket and check on the status". I cannot find PerlDesk or a MyTickets section anywhere.

Support tickets are viewed in a completely separate location which is why you would not be seeing them. You would also only see them if you initially submitted the request though that specific ticketing system as well. If you initially submitted the ticket through email or through AMP, you will simply get an email response when complete.

The instructions given on submitting a ticket have you do so through AMP, and then tell you you can check the status through MyTickets on PerlDesk. If these two instructions are incompatible, it would be nice if they weren't given like they were sequential parts of a whole.

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, that is an older article, we will update it as soon as possible. Our Development team is currently working on an updated ticket system, but there is no ETA.

You can still contact Live Support and request that they manually create a PerlDesk account. But keep in mind there is nothing to see there, that has not been emailed to you. Since every time the status of a ticket changes or information is added, an email notification is sent to the ticket creator with the information.
