How can I make awstats update on a daily basis?

Hello barleybones,

The AWSTATS program is set to run every night during a slow period when the server load is below a certain point. If the time comes for the program to run and the server is still above the minimum load, that day gets skipped. There can be times when the server does not meet the minimum server load for a while. We are always happy to run your individual stats upon request.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
