I get this message when I start trying to build my site using my MacBook Pro:

Unfortunately, your browser is not supported by Plesk Sitebuilder.
Please use Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, or Mozilla.

My MacBook Pro Software is Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 (11E53)

Anyone using a MacBook and web hosting hub?

Hello Dolin,

Actually, this has nothing to do with using a Macbook Pro, but actually your browser - which is most likely Safari. The Plesk SiteBuilder was originally created with a PC in mind, so it tends to frown slightly at something like Safari or Opera, or other internet browsers. Some of the functions may behave oddly or not work properly if you use Safari, but you can definitely use it. My suggestion would be to use Firefox - it is much more compatible than Safari. I have a MacBook Pro on my desk using Lion (haven't upgraded yet -but will soon!) and it works fine.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
