Hello,

A blog viewed by the public internet is housed on a hosting server. If you have a hosting plan with us, then the type of device you use to access your account will not matter for the blog platform itself. This is because the blog runs off of the server, not the connecting device. As long as you can log into the hosting account, then that device should be adequate for you to use to build your blog.

As for the application used, WordPress is a very popular platform form building a blog.
