Hello wellszone, Thank you for your question. The error you are getting: "Cannot Send mail a copy..... The recipient whoever@somewhere.com was rejected by the server," must be handled on a case-by-case basis, since there are few reasons you would get this error. First make sure in your outgoing settings you are using your full email address (such as: username@example.com) as your username. You can also view your full email settings in cPanel. For reference, here is a link to our iPhone setup guide. Are you getting any additional error messages? Can you provide the full error? Is your domain pointed to our Nameservers? If your problems persist, it may be easier to contact Live Tech support, so they can review the email logs in real-time, while you are connecting.
