Hi can you please upgrade Joomla to 3.x from 2.5x. And if not can I just install a fresh copy of Joomla 3.x myself?

Thanks for your question about upgrading Joomla. As a hosting provider, we cannot upgrade your website software, you'll need to contact a developer for that. This is due to the complex and custom nature of upgrading websites. AS for installing Joomla yourself, you can do that by following the guide Joomla provides: https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Installing_Joomla
