Joomla 3.41 will not work

After installing Joomla 3.41 through Softaculous, the following displays when opening the site:

Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.10 or higher to run this version of Joomla!

I noticed that PHP 5.4 is currently being utilized.

I am getting the same error message on a fresh Joomla install today.

Hello Chiquitar,

You may want to force your account to use php version 5.3 or higher. That is what worked for the original poster.
