I've set up a website with another hosting company using Joomla 1.5. I want to upgrade to 2.5 which I can't do with that company. So I have just opened an account with WHH, and installed J2.5, intending to copy and paste the files from my old site. However, when I try to log on to my new Joomla installation, it won't let me even though I'm using the user Name and Password from the Welcome e-mail. Any ideas how I can access my new Joomla installation?

Hello Overwhelmed,

Thank you for your question. I checked your primary domain, and the nameservers are not pointed to to us yet.

You can still work on your site in the meantime, but you will have to access it on your Temporary URL, which is your direct server address.

I have emailed your specific Temp URL, and your Temp Joomla Admin to you for privacy reasons.
