Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that your email is hacked. Email is an application that can only be accessed by the proper email address and password. If you were to change your password, then you could prevent someone from accessing your account. It's also possible that someone is "spoofing" your email - people often mistake this as a hack. This is not something that is easily preventable. When someone spoofs an email, then they are making the message appear to be sent from you even though it was sent from another location. Web Hosting Hub does have a method to validate emails so that they can be checked to make sure the message is coming from you. Unfortunately, not all email servers do this today. You can set up the SPF records that help to prevent spoofing. The link also provides a more detailed explanation of spoofing.

I hope this helps provide you the information you require. Make sure to change your password, and setup the SPF records to help secure your mail.

Regards,
Arnel C.
