Error message while importing users in Moodle

Hello,

Currently I am trying to import users in order to update the existing base and to add the new ones with a CSV (UTF-8).

Before the final import with all users, I'm doing tests with 3 users (including 1 new and 2 already inscirts) to check if Moodle updates the the database with the new data

In the column 'status' of the table to preview of the creation of users, it is marked: 'Duplicate email address' (as these users are already in the database, isn't it?)

I choose the option 'Add new and edit existing'.

During these tests, I get an error message "Error writing to the database".

I tried to search a lot and did many trials, but I have not yet come to solve this problem.

Is there anything that I missed?
