I would like to rebuild my website as soon as possible. But I am not in the States right now. Can I order your hosting service from Malaysia? I did 2 weeks ago with 1&1.com they made me transferred the domain but terminate my website control panel soon after I order their 1 mth free trial and place my credit card info...however right after I follow their step by step instruction. I transferred domain and then create the site with their web builder and got my Costumer ID and web control panel links. They terminated my account without any notification. Till several email, phone contacts two days later they told me my account was terminated cause I ordered it from the country they are not support. But they've already locked my domain under 1&1.com even though I am still the domain owner but I can not do anything about my domain!!! Took another 2 weeks finally toady they gave me the authorization code. And I am ready to move on! Hope that Web Hosting Hub can be the reliable webhosting service company with more professional technical/customer support of my future sites. So before I make my order, I's like to make sure the tragedy I had with 1&1.com won't happen again. Best Regards, Erica Chen

Hello Erica,

I'm sorry to hear you had so much trouble with your previous host. As long as your site is in accordance with our Terms of Service, everything should be fine.

Once you have signed up with us, please be sure to point your domain to our Nameservers before you initiate the transfer of your domain to our management. I'm not sure when you registered your domain name or what it's expiration date may be, so I also want to make sure you're aware that registrar transfers cannot be done within sixty (60) days of initial registration or within fourteen (14) days of expiration.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
