Hi. I am very new to this site. I have two questions.

The first has to do with using Builder, as when I try to publish I get the error message in the subject line, above. I have made sure my user name and password are what I use to log in to my account, and I have not made any other changes. I saw in another post there might be a problem with my DNS propagation or something?

Second question -- after I install WordPress, I do not see where I go to actually launch the WordPress application. Stupid question, I know ... but I don't see it. Thanks for the help.

Thank you for your question alilbitretro!

We had our tier 2 fix the publishing for your builder. Please try publishing again. If you still cannot publish the site, Please contact support either by chat, phone (1-888-321-4678 ext 2), or by email (support@inmotionhosting.com) to have them set the builder to your AMP password. Because this is a public forum, you will not want to provide your password here.

Best Regards

James R
