Hello Debra,

I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading files via FTP. A 530 error code indicates an error in one of the following:

- Host name
- User name
- Password

Since your domain is less than 24 hours old, please be sure to use the server name as the host name instead of your domain name. New domains can take up to 24 hours to be fully functional while DNS propagates. For the user name and password, you can use your cPanel user name and password.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
