Hello transcendentphoto,

Thank you for your question about moving your site from a previous host that also uses cPanel. To request restoration of your cPanel backup, please email our Support Department at support@webhostinghub.com and include the following information in your email:
  1. Directory where your backup was uploaded to.

  2. Filename of your backup.

  3. For verification purposes, either the last four digits of the credit card on file for the account or your current AMP password.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
