Hi,
How do we change our username for cPanel?
This username is also the home directory for our new website.
This was given to us upon setup, but this is not what we would like it to be. Is there a way to change it?

Thank you for your question FLFF1986! Unfortunately, we cannot modify the cpanel username. Sorry for this. We have a large influx of customers and we have the cPanel username set to prevent username conflicts between different servers. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regards, James R |
