I am a new customer and I am trying to install WordPress onto my account so I can start up a blog, problem is I can't follow the instructions in screen to make that happen because my account doesn't give me the options I need.

read through all the articles on logging into cPanel and none of them help me. When I click into AMP and scroll down to the Control Panel it only says manage domain, it doesn't say anything else about how I can log into it. What can I do?

Hello, and thank you for your question.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your cPanel interface. Did you happen to read our guide on how to login to cPanel? As it covers the multiple ways to access cPanel.

In your specific case though, at least if you're submitting this question for the same domain you previously had with our company, it would appear that you only have domain registration services with us currently, and not a hosting package. So you wouldn't have access to cPanel from your account at the moment.

If you needed to change something relating to your domain registration or you're interested in purchasing hosting so you can access cPanel, you would want to submit a support request for that by sending an email to support@webhostinghub.com

If this is for a different account with us that you do have hosting for, if you've logged into AMP as that article mentions and shows in the screen-shot, you'd want to click on the Work in Your Control Panel link below the Tools and Resources section, just to the right of the Quick Links.

It sounds like you're looking on the left-hand menu under Domain Management as that's the only place that has a link for Manage Domain.

You can also directly access cPanel at anytime from either your domain name, or the server's temporary URL. So for instance if your domain name was example.com and you were hosted on ehub22.webhostinghub.com you could access cPanel with either of these URLs:

By domain:
http://example.com/cpanel

By server temp URL:
http://ehub22.webhostinghub.com/cpanel

Please let us know if you had any other questions at all.
