Fed Ex Shipping Module

I have loaded the module and entered all the appropriate info but I am sitll getting an error message when people go to check out. Where can I find some help??

Hello Jim,

As there are several different fed Ex modules, we would need to know what module you are using and any specifics with your ordering process. Does it happen with any type of order that selects Fed Ex? What is the exact error message that you receive? These will all help with troubleshooting the issue.

I am in open Cart Version 1.5.5.1 and the message is upon check out when asked to select delivery method or if you ask for a quote and its just says error
Iget this message but I dont think it has anything to do with Fed ex

Hello Jim,

In speaking with our OpenCart gurus in our design department, the default FedEx selection for shipping is broken. We also found forum posts related to the same error as far back as August 2012.

The design folks here recommend purchasing the FedEx Global module in order to use FedEx.
