Hi,
I am trying to perform a bulk upload of products for Open cart using the tried and tested extension, Import/Export.

When i upload more than a few hundred products i get a fatal out of memory error, although this shouldn't be happening given the size of the file.

I have spoken with a support agent already and followed instructions to increase memory allocation in the .ini file and set recursive in the htaccess file but neither made a difference.

Please can someone help. I can give you the links to my files etc.

Thanks

Hello lee8164

If you have followed these instructions:

How Do I Make My php.ini File Recursive?

How to fix the "Allowed memory size" error in php.ini

you will want to have our Live Support take a look. It will likely need the assistance of a Tier2 technician. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
