Hello Levy99, It appears that definitions for your subscriptions were either damaged or lost for that mailbox. You can try to re-define the subscriptions to the folders to see if that will resolve the issue. The error you're seeing is a generic internal Microsoft error - it unfortunately has nothing to do with our servers. The worst case scenario would be to delete and then re-create the account. I would suggest trying rebuild the subscriptions first, if that doesn't work, then try rebuild the account, or use the Microsoft repair option for their files - they have a utility to help rebuild their files. And if that all fails, then I recommend trying to re-create the account from scratch after deleting it first. Make sure to make a backup first to see if you can recover emails later. Here's a link for subscribing to folders in Outlook 2010: Outlook 2010 - IMAP Subscribing to folders If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
