Hello Minimortar, Most likely, the email file type that's being handled. This is normally defined by your computer settings. If the file type is something that defaults to Microsoft Outlook, then you will need to change it so that another program defaults to open that file type. This is not something that we changed. Our emails have always gone out in a particular format. Something may have updated on your browser or system, and then handling of the file may have changed. I'm not sure if you're using a Windows PC or something else, but for more info on handling MIME types (the file types), check out this article directly from Microsoft: Handling MIME Types in Windows Internet Explorer Hopefully this helps provide the information that you require. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
