Using the premium website builder, I've recently made some updates to the website. When I try to publish the changes, I get the error message: The site cannot be published to the specified location. Cannot connect to the host via FTP. It was working just fine the last time I made updates a couple of weeks ago. Please help.

Good morning,

Thanks for your question regarding the Premium Web Builder and FTP. Typically, this error presents itself when the password to the FTP account you are using has changed. Did you recently change your cPanel password? If you are unsure, please reach out to support and they can help you resolve the issue relatively quickly.

I hope this helps!

Thanks!

Tim S
