Hello Coach, I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the builder. It sounds like your site was built using the trial mode in the Premium Website Builder. When working in the builder, please make sure you are logged in so that your changes are saved to your account. It may be possible for us to retrieve that site for you, but we will need some information. Please try going back to https://builder.webhostinghub.com and clicking on Step 5 - Publish. Do you see a notification that your trial site will be available for a period of time, and a site URL similar to this: https://builder.webhostinghub.com/HostingPreview?siteId=a32367195740b5d2848163f8e3eb9ce4 If you do, please email that site URL to support@webhostinghub.com and we can assign that site to your builder account.
