Hello Holybull, Apologies for the problems with the login. You will need to contact our live support team, verify your account with the AMP password (or the last 4 digits of the credit card on your account) and then request that they reset the password for you. Make sure that you are logging into the Builder with your cPanel user name and password (it is not the same user name as your AMP account). We do apologize for the issue, but if you contact live support they can very quickly and privately reset or change the password for you so that you can login.
