I cannot enter " builder website " so what i can do ?
It's show me an error " Error: Invalid user name or password. Please reenter your user name and password or use the Forgot your password option.
The username is the same that I use it at Cpanel
The password : I try to use the Amp one , and I try the Cpanel password , but that didn't help ??!!
I try to use FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD , but it's show me another error " Error: Cannot access your account information. Please try again.
I use my AMP email and Cpanel username ??!!
That is my first wep site for me so what I should do ??
That's hard for me to call because English my fourth language so I prefer to give me a written answer , thanks .

Hello Soalk, First, we would need to double-check the USER name that you're using. The login for the Builder is based on the Cpanel user name AND password. So, if one of them is wrong, it may seem to be indicating that the user is incorrect. To find your cpanel user name, simply login into the Account Management Panel (AMP) and then go to Account & Billing details. The information will be in the active subscriptions list. If you continue to have issues with the login, simply call into live support and they can reset the password for you immediately.
