Sorry to hear you're having problems. Based on the information you have provided, I'm not 100% sure where you are stuck. If you're on Step 2, then you need to pick a template, then go to the next step of adding the pages that will be on your site. You can see information on how to use the Builder in our tutorials or by click on the help button within the application itself.
