Hello chuckw, and thanks for your question.

I have gone ahead and setup a Premium Website Builder account for you, and you should have received a separate e-mail with the login credentials.

If you needed to setup any further accounts they are $12/year additional, and you can follow these instructions to get another one setup:

Add additional websites to Premium Website Builder

Please let us know if you need anything else at all.

Hello, I'm having the same issue "This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts"

I was able to load ZenCart and Dropal but not the web builder.

Also, I do not know why the support page will not take my login under my WebHostingHub account, Every time I go to log in to try and comment on your answer here it takes me to the home page, I log in and when I return here I'm logged out. I was forced to login with my +Gmail account (which has nothing to do with this account).
My domain is:

Hello avTronic,

Thank you for your question. This error is occurring because the Builder has already been setup successfully on your account. Here is a link to our guide on logging in to the Builder.

You can also reset the Builder password from AMP.

We apologize, but at this time you can only login to the support Center with a Google+ or Facebook account. When we launched the new Support Center the AMP logins were working, but we noticed a bug and are currrently working to correct it.

Keep in mind that this is a public forum, and it is not the only way you can contact us. Our Live Tech Support team is available 24/7 via phone, email and chat.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
