problems with premium site builder

When I try to "install" premium site builder, I get an error message saying "This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts."

So, I tried accessing the sitebuilder through builder login which then takes me to another screen for a different login. I tried entering username and password but it's not valid. I've tried changing my password, but it won't let me change it.

I've never experienced such difficulty creating a website and I'm a little frustrated. Can you please help?

Hello Deosberg,

It appears that Builder is already installed for your account. Make sure that you're logging in with your Cpanel user name (not your AMP email address). By default, the Builder uses this user name for the login. If you continue to have trouble with the login - call into live support and they can immediately reset it for you and keep that information private. If we were to resolve it here it would be published to the Support Center website which is open to the public.
