How do I setup FTP in rapid weaver?
Hello team,
I try to fill the FTP details on rapid weaver and each time I type my user name and password and clic on the "try connection" it tells me the username or password is incorrect.
However the tutorial I followed said I have to give the user name and password my host (you in this context I assume) provided me.
I'm kinda lost in here as I don't really understand what else I could give as a user name or password.
Hope you guys have an answer and I made myself clear enough!

Hello dtanglgs, Thank you for your question. If you are having trouble setting up FTP in Rapidweaver, I first recommend reading our Getting Started Guide. In this guide it explains you can use your domain as the Hostname, as long as you are pointed to our nameservers. If you are not pointed to our nameservers yet, you can use your server address. You can use your cPanel username, and password for FTP as well. Also, here is a helpful link to RapidWeaver's page on publishing, which includes video tutorials.
