My toolbar in Builder is missing

There is no web builder tool bar on the edit page and I cannot find any arrow in the upper right hand corner to pull the edit tool bar down.

Would using the web builder with an e-shop be separate option from using the prestashop? Or do they have to be used in conjunction with one another?

Thank you for your question. If you are using IE10, you will need to use the Builder in Compatibility view.

If you are using a different browser, please provide specific information so we can troubleshoot the issue, such as: browser type, version, and any steps you are taking.

The Builder will be separate from a cms (content management system), such as Prestashop, VirtueMart, or OpenCart. If you are going to be using your website for an e-shop, I would definitely recommend using one one of these options over the Builder, since they provide more options.
