When i try to download site builder, it says my user name and password is incorrect?
How do i change my user name or password or reset it?

I already have a previous wordpress account (Tainorafael) and need to move it to my new web hosting wordpress account (which is buildingsb.org)

Hello TaraMike, Thank you for your question. If this is your first time setting up the Builder and you are having problems, I recommend following our guide on how to install a Builder license. After it is installed, you can Login to the Builder, you should use your cPanel username. Your Builder password should match your original AMP password, but you can reset it from AMP. If you followed these guides and are still experiencing issues, I recommend contacting Live Tech Support, so they can confirm the Builder account was setup successfully.
