Is there any way to change how high up on the page things appear? I want to lower everything on the page starting with the cart.

Hello MTPockets,

Thank you for your question. To customize the layout in Prestahop, you can modify the Theme you are using.

Here is a helpful link to Prestashop's official guide on coding a theme, it lists the file/folder that you must edit for the different areas in Prestashop.

Also, here is a link to a reference on Positioning Properties, which can help you adjust your site's spacing.
