there is a file called Archive.zip uploaded

I need to upload the file so it will show it at Download tab of the page above to be downloaded as the customer pays their subscription automatically at every month.

Hello,

Be sure that the files are 1GB or under as the max upload limit for cPanel is 1GB. I do see the Archive.zip file so it was uploaded fine. Each file will need to be uploaded individually into your account. Once uploaded, if you need to move them to another folder so it displays properly you can do so using the Move File icon in the
File Manager.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Hello,

Thank you for answering to my question.

I want my Archive.zip file to be located at this page
http://worlddjmusic.com/index.php?id_product=8&controller=product

There is a download tab, and I need those zip files to be there in order for customers to download their music from the tab.

What is the path that I need to move my file to?

I need my customer to pay using paypal, so the zip file's link will be linked to the paypal button. Is the zip file address allow customers to hack and download free easier? What are the solutions?

Best regards,
Kyoko Marquez

You will need to define the product as a virtual product with this file as the target. I recommend further reviewing our guide on virtual products.

Hello snowyk5,

If you're trying to upload large files to the server you can use FTP which is more reliable for larger files.

Depending on the purpose of your website, you might want to keep our terms of service in mind as well regarding the unlimited disk space policy on our shared servers:

Web Hosting Hub's "Unlimited" Policy is designed for the typical needs of a personal, micro, or small business. For example, it is not intended for computationally intensive software, large file repositories, as a backup system, as a free file download system, as a data warehouse, as a video archiving site, or other uses suitable for a dedicated server.

Please let us know if you have any further questions at all.
