The issue started last night as that is when I've been trying to create this page. I gave all the details on how I tried to set up the page. I'm not sure what additional information you need. Do you need know the code I cut & pasted. I use Premium Website Builder as I put in the Category section of the Question form. Would it better for me to call?

I have uploaded the music to the cpanel ftp public folder gone to a code generator entered the location of the file and had the code generated cut & paste it to my page using the script module, published to a temp url and still I can not get it to work. In Firefox it is saying I need a plugin (I have downloaded about 5 already none work)and in Explorer I get nothing - no message. Help, what am I doing wrong? Thanks

Hello WebbyBelly,

The issue is in your source setting of the embed code. It is currently pointed to an external URL and not to the file on your account. I was able to adjust it in a test and get it to work correctly. You will want to set the code correctly within the builder however, so it will remember the settings, otherwise the next time you publish the site it will overwrite my change.

The part of the code you want to change is the 'src' part of the embed code. Take the current setting:
src="http://this-part-removed-for-security[/url http://"

and change it to simply the name of the mp3 you wish to play:
src="/help/ThisSong.mp3"

Make sure the title of the mp3 is exactly as it is on the file name in regards to spelling, spaces, capitalization, etc.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
Scott M
