Hello NRBeem, sorry you've been having issues getting your Builder password reset. I went ahead and reset your password, and then tested it out myself to ensure that it works. I emailed you in a separate email with this new password. If you'd like to reset your Builder password, you should be able to follow our guide on how do I reset my Premium Website Builder password to get that accomplished successfully.
