I have been building and publishing to my website for a while with no problem.

Two days ago, I reset the password for my AMP and Builder account and continued editing ( I can login in and edit the web pages with no problems )

However, when I tried to publish it, I am getting the following error

"The site cannot be published to the specified location. Cannot publish to the specified host via FTP. Authorization failed."

Please help.

Thanks

Hi Habesha,

I'm sorry you're having trouble publishing your site from the Premium Website Builder. It sounds like your cPanel password was changed as well. The publishing password in the builder will need to match your cPanel password. For steps on how to update your builder publishing password, please see our Publishing your Website Troubleshooting tutorial.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
