I cannot log onto site builder

I can log onto AMP home and get to "work in control panels", then selecting "builder login" brings up this error message: Error: Invalid user name or password. Please reenter your user name and password or use the Forgot your password option.

My password hasn't changed. This has happened in the past, but re-booting the login site has served the purpose up til now.

Hello azgeo,

It is possible the AMP and the builder server are out of sync with login files. You will want to contact our Live Support team so they can resync them, so that you can once again log in from the AMP.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
