Hello gwenmcneal, It is not normal for image uploads to take longer than 5 minutes. This issue can be the result of several factors: image size, browser error, your connection to the internet, possible server issues. If you know your file is small, and it's taking much longer than a few minutes, then try logging out of your software, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in to try the upload again. If the problem persists, make sure that your internet connection to the server is good, or try a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox before trying to upload the file again. You may need to consult with your local internet service provider (ISP), if your connection is being interrupted. If the problem isn't resolved with these suggestions, please either contact technical support or reply to this answer at the bottom of the page.
