Premium Website Builder failed installation

I was trying to set up the site for Premium Website Builder. During the process I was advised of the failure and to contact support. I attempted to back out the process which only inactivated it.

1. How do I get it to install?
2. How do I reactivate it for my site.

Hello Allen_Schultz,

I've notified the T2c techs and they have corrected the issue by manually installing for your site.

The direct URL for the builder is: builder.webhostinghub.com

I will email you through your account the direct login information.
