Web Builder not publishing?
My web builder is not publishing for www.bookofpinball.com?
Error:
"The site cannot be published to the specified location.
Cannot publish to the specified host via FTP. Authorization failed."

Hello TheHeey, The typical reason that this particular answer occurs is because the USER NAME and/OR the password is not set in the publishing settings. You will need to check it and make sure it's set correctly. When you go to STEP 5- Publishing, in the builder, you will see an option that reads EDIT PUBLISHING SETTINGS - click on it Your settings should start with: bookofpinball.com username = rogers24 pw= Whatever you used as your Cpanel password - this can be reset in the Account Management Panel (AMP) working directory = /public_html/ Website URL = http://bookofpinball.com Make sure that you click on where it says CHANGE PASSWORD to put in your proper Cpanel password. If you have those settings in place, then the site will publish. If you require immediate assistance, please call live support.
