Website Builder Installation Issue

I kept recieving an error message while trying to log in onto the website builder. I thought I incorrectly entered my domain name, but everything was correct. I tried to re-do the installation, but now I have an inactive subscription. How can I get it to work?

Hello Fantastik,

I do see that your Builder installation is showing as canceled. You can have that reactivated by our support team.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
