I'm requested to provide this information as I try to get to the website builder. I'm using a Mac Notebook G4, which doesn't support Mozilla. What are my options?

Hello DianeS,

Thank you for your questions about logging into the builder and your browser options when using the builder.

Builder user name and password

Your builder user name will be the same as your cPanel user name. When the builder is first installed, by default the password will be the same as your AMP password. If you have changed the builder password since the initial install, you can reset your builder password from AMP.

Browsers compatible with the builder

The Premium Website Builder officially supports the following browsers:

- Internet Explorer 5.5 and above
- Mozilla 1.4 and above
- Firefox 1.0 and above

I did some research into this for you and on your Mac Notebook G4 you should be able to run Firefox 3.6 and use that with the builder. You could also try something like TenFourFox which is based off of Firefox.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
