I have a domain and website with you at gwillis.net. I had another domain and website, jerrymahun.com, with another provider. What I wanted to do was to transfer my jerrymahun.com domain to WebhostingHub and re-develop it as a new site. I would then cancel my gwillis.net domain and site.
I used your concierge service to transfer the jerrymahun.com domain. After the transfer I used AMP to set my primary domain to jerrymahun.com. I used Site Publisher in CPanel to put up a test page on jerrymahun.com to see if I could access the site in a browser. I published a simple page but when I tried to access jerrymahun.com, I received a "site couldn't be reached" message.
Evidently I screwed things up and need some help sorting things out.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with viewing your site. I looked to see which name servers the domain is pointed to and see that they are pointing to InMotion's name servers. The domain needs to point to Web Hosting Hub's name servers.

After that and a propagation time of 4-24 hours, the site should display normally.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
