Registrations And Transfers

I am being told that two of my domains are expired and need to be renewed. Neither are expired and both fall within the guidelines which are set out. 60 days from registration and more than 14 days before they have to be renewed.

I have read all of the instructions and cannot figure out where I am going wrong.

Any help would be very much appreciated

Thanks

Hello chrisduncan,

Are you attempting to transfer the domains to us? If you are certain the domain names are not expired or within 14 days of expiring and are at least 60 days old or it has been 60 days since their last transfer, we may attempt the transfer manually. Sometimes the interfaces between registrars give a false error. To have that done, simply send the domain names you want to transfer to support@webhostingjhub.com along with account verification of either your current AMP(Account Management Panel) password, or the last 4 digits of the credit card currently on file. Simply request a manual transfer due to the expiration error.

Best Regards,
Scott M
