I bought your website service Saturday afternoon. WHH still says I don't have a domain to manage here. I transferred it from godaddy.com. What's up?

Thank you for your question skipsoelter!

We visited your domain and it's is working for us. DNS changes like nameserver changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate. Please see the following link on this.

What is DNS Propagation?

I looked in your AMP account and there was no domain transfer submitted. In order for your domain to be paid and registered through us you will need to submit the transfer through your AMP panel. Please see the following link for the steps on this.

How do I transfer my domain name to Web Hosting Hub?

Keep in mind you do not have to transfer your domain to us for it to work on our server. You can simply change the nameservers. If you want to renew the domain with us then you will need to transfer it to our registrar. Below is some information on this.

Domain Transfer vs. Nameserver Change

If you need help transferring the domain our tech support can help you. Unfortunately, this is the public forum and our tech support will have to do this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
